Role & responsibilities

1. Personal protection : Stay close to the client to deter and respond to threats such as assault, harassment, stalking, or kidnapping.
2. Risk assessment : Potential security risks before and during travel, public appearances, and private events.
3. Route planning : Plan secure travel routes, identify alternate routes, and monitor traffic and security conditions.
4. Advance security checks: Inspect venues, hotels, residences, and meeting locations before the client's arrival.
5. Access control : Screen visitors, verify credentials, and coordinate with venue security to control who can approach the client.
6. Surveillance awareness: Detect suspicious behaviour, identify surveillance attempts, and respond appropriately.
7. Emergency response : React quickly to medical emergencies, security incidents, accidents, or evacuation situations.
8. Driving duties : PSOs are trained in defensive and evasive driving and may transport the client safely.
9. Communication : Maintain constant communication with the security team, drivers,



assistants, and local law enforcement when required.
10. Confidentiality : Protect the client's privacy and keep sensitive personal and business information strictly confidential.
11. Report writing : Document incidents, daily activities, security concerns, and recommendations.
12. Travel security : Accompany the client on domestic and international trips, coordinating logistics and security arrangements.

Preferred candidate profile

Retired from the Armed Forces, NSG, CRPF, CISF, BSF, State Police, personnel with minimum 2years experience in Civil/Corporate as PSO.
