Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of coding principles, including medical terminology and coding systems.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
