Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain accurate coding systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze medical records and assign appropriate codes using expertise in E/M services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify coding discrepancies and ensure accurate claims processing.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Provide training and support to junior coders, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay updated with changes in coding regulations and guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve coding quality.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding principles, including E/M services.
- Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services or BPO,



demonstrating familiarity with relevant software and technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
