Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin & HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Training and development:

Providing ongoing training to keep employees updated on new technologies, safety protocols, and industry standards, while also supporting career progression.

- Safety and compliance:

Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and labour laws and regulations, which is critical in a manufacturing setting.

- Employee relations:

Managing day-to-day employee issues,



handling disputes, and fostering positive relationships between employees and management.

- Core Responsibility:

1. Monthly Employee Attendance closing & Overtime calculations.

2. Housekeeping, Security and contract labour management.

3. Canteen & Stationary Stock Maintaining.

4. Admin Activities.

5. Company Documents Scanning & Filing and maintaining.

6. Labour Hourly data entry.

7. Employee Insurance renewal & Follow-up.

8. New joining Employee and exit formalities.

9. Customer Audit Documents maintenance and updating.
