As a Real Estate Commission Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, arranging property visits, negotiating deals, and assisting clients throughout the transaction process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Connect with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.
- Build and maintain an active database of property listings.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful transactions.
- Promote available properties through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and property details.
- Coordinate with the office team for documentation, agreements, and transaction processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.




- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and social media platforms.
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
