We are looking for energetic and presentable Restaurant Onboarding Executives to expand our restaurant partner network in Chennai. The role involves visiting restaurants, meeting owners/managers, explaining the platform’s benefits, and successfully onboarding restaurants.
This is a freelance opportunity. Candidates will not be on the company or client’s payroll.
Compensation
* ₹600 per successful restaurant onboarding.
* Based on performance and onboarding quality, the payout can be increased to ₹700 or more.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential restaurant partners in assigned areas.
* Explain the platform’s services and partnership benefits to restaurant owners.
* Complete the restaurant onboarding process and collect the required documents.
* Ensure smooth activation of newly onboarded restaurants.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
* Conduct regular field visits to generate new restaurant leads.
* Maintain daily onboarding reports and achieve assigned targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding support and issue resolution.
* Gather market feedback and competitor insights.
Eligibility
* No minimum educational qualification required (5th pass or above can apply).
* Candidates should be presentable, confident, and have valuable communication skills.
* Preferred languages: Tamil, Hindi, and English.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Mandatory Requirements
* Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
* Valid driving license is an added advantage.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in field sales, restaurant onboarding, business development, or customer acquisition is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of the Chennai market and local geography will be beneficial.
