About the Role :

Marwadi Trader is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Telecaller) to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer support, we'd love to hear from you.

- Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
- Performance-based salary increments and growth opportunities
- Working Hours Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday Off
- 1 Paid Leave per month

- Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and phone calls.
- Respond to customer messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective and existing customers.
- Guide customers throughout the inquiry and onboarding process.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal team members whenever required.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at every stage of communication.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.



Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
- Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in customer support, telecalling, sales, or counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Well-groomed, confident, and skilled personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
