Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell health insurance products to customers

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans

Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and networking

Explain policy benefits, coverage, and claim process clearly

Maintain long-term relationships with clients

Assist customers with policy renewals and documentation

Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets

Stay updated with insurance products and market trends

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing





Ability to build customer relationships

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance is an advantage
