Hotel Manager – Restaurant & Banquet Operations

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, restaurant, and banquet. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, be able to manage staff efficiently, ensure excellent guest service, and handle front office operations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily hotel, restaurant, and banquet operations.
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, restaurant, and banquet staff.
- Handle manpower planning, staff scheduling, and team coordination.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor room occupancy, restaurant service, and banquet events.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with all departments for seamless operations.
- Prepare daily reports and manage operational expenses.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent hospitality.

Requirements:

- Experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of front office operations and hospitality software is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments efficiently.

Location: Hotel Raj Kailash, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur

Preference: Candidates with prior experience in hotel operations, restaurant management, or banquet management will be given preference.
