The Relationship Manager – Banking Channel will be responsible for driving mutual fund sales through banking distribution partners by building strong, long-term relationships and increasing wallet share. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence and engage key banking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Build and nurture strong relationships with banking channel partners (Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors). • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned bank branches / clusters, ensuring consistent engagement and support. • Execute structured engagement plans through regular branch visits, joint client meetings, and periodic business reviews. • Enable partners through market insights, product positioning, and sales support to improve conversion. • Share periodic updates on business performance, pipeline, and opportunities. • Effective presentation and partner training capabilities. • Ensure best‑in‑class sales support and partner experience. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, sales processes, and internal controls.
• Maintain highest standards of transparency, integrity, and investor protection.
Experience & Expertise: • 2-3 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Banking Distribution. • Demonstrated success in scaling banking partnerships. • Strong understanding of MF products, banking distribution, and market trends.
