Key Responsibilities

- Process motor insurance policies for private cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and fleet insurance.
- Generate insurance quotations from multiple insurer portals.
- Compare premiums and policy features to provide the best options to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and endorsements.
- Handle policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Assist customers with policy-related queries and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
- Process policy cancellations, refunds, and endorsements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
- Achieve assigned business and service targets.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and policy documentation.
- Familiarity with insurer portals is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
