We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain Fouji Adda services, follow up with potential customers and update lead details in the CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers interested in cars, loans and related services
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Follow up regularly and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain call records and lead status in CRM
Requirements:
