- Conduct visual inspections, dimensional checks, and functional testing as per quality standards.
- Identify defects and report non-conforming materials to the quality team.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and daily production records.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Multimeter.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices on the shop floor.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure adherence to quality management systems.
