- Supervise daily factory production activities.
- Manage and guide production workers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor product quality and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
- Allocate work and monitor employee attendance and discipline.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain daily production and inventory records.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train new workers on production processes and safety procedures.
- Reduce material wastage and improve productivity.
- Report daily production status to management.
