About the RoleSanskriti Wave Power & Solution is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executives to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. - Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Meet customers to understand their energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain product features, government subsidies, cost savings, and ROI.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B/B2C Sales, Solar, Electrical, Real Estate, Insurance, Telecom, or FMCG.




- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
