- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.
- Explain company projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in TeleSales, Customer Service, BPO, or Real Estate Sales will be an advantage.
