- Supervise day to day production activities and ensure production targets are achieved .
- Plan and allocate work to machine operators and production staff.
- Maintain production reports ,shift reports and daily output records.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
- Train, guide and evaluate production employees.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with quality, Stores, And Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
