* Strong sales aptitude is mandatory

* ₹5 LPA to ₹8 LPA Fixed + Uncapped Incentives

Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

*Experience*

* 1 to 7 Years

* Minimum 1 year of EdTech Inside Sales experience is mandatory

*Eligibility*

* Excellent English communication

* Solid consultative selling skills

* Maximum age: 31 years

*Compensation*

* Up to ₹11.4 LPA CTC

* Salary hike on the last drawn package

*Interview Process*

* Round 1: Telephonic Interview

* Round 2: Video Interview with AGM

* Round 3: Video Interview with VP
