The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding students and parents about Aakash courses (NEET, JEE, Foundation, etc.),
explaining program perks, and converting inquiries into admissions.
1. Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling
- Counsel students and parents about Aakash courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course structure, fees, scholarship tests, and batch details.
1. Lead Management
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.
1. Relationship Management
- Build a strong rapport with students and parents.
- Address queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain a positive brand image of Aakash.
1. Marketing Support
- Participate in seminars, school visits, and education fairs.
- Support promotional activities and scholarship tests.
- Required Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong, convincing and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- 1–6 years of experience in education counselling/sales preferred.
