Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products or services and their advantages.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to improve customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing,



or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.

Working Conditions:
