Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Credit Card Sales to manage and lead a sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring daily performance, training team members, and ensuring quality customer acquisition.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the Credit Card Sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews.
- Train new and existing team members on products, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Generate leads and ensure maximum conversion of prospects into customers.
- Monitor the complete sales process from lead generation to application submission.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.




- Handle customer escalations and resolve sales-related issues.
- Drive team productivity and improve conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of credit card applications.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in Credit Card / Banking / Financial Services sales.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader is preferred.
- Solid team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
