We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support day-to-day manufacturing operations across sheet-metal fabrication, aluminium works, welding, bending, powder coating, and assembly.
This role bridges design, production, and quality, ensuring drawings are production-ready, materials are optimized, and shop-floor execution meets timelines and quality standards.
This is an execution-heavy role suited for engineers who enjoy being on the shop floor—not desk-only.

- Support nesting optimization to reduce material wastage
- Prepare BOMs and basic cost estimates
- Assist in production planning and job sequencing
Quality & Process
- Conduct in-process quality checks (dimensions, finish, assembly fitment)
- Help implement basic SOPs and work instructions
- Support root-cause analysis for rejections / rework
- Maintain inspection records
Vendor & Material Coordination
- Coordinate with material suppliers and job-work vendors
- Verify incoming material specs (GI / MS / SS / Aluminium)
- Track consumption vs output
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest process improvements for productivity and quality
- Support layout optimization and workflow improvements
- Help standardize repeat jobs and assemblies
