- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Assign leads and ensure timely follow-up through the CRM.
- Handle customer escalations and assist in closing high-value deals.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and target achievement within the team.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Target-driven with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)
