Good communication skills in English and any one of the following regional languages:

Telugu

Tamil

Malayalam

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work from the office in Hebbal, Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls (Inbound/Outbound)



or Email.

Resolve customer concerns in a qualified and timely manner.

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain quality standards and update customer records in the system.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Salary Details

Inbound / Outbound Process

CTC: ₹20,000 per month

Take-Home Salary: ₹16,500 per month

Email Process

CTC: ₹25,000 per month

Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month
