Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers, following up on pending payments, and ensuring timely collections. The role requires regular field visits and maintaining proper records of collections and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned customers in South Delhi for payment collection
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery
- Maintain daily reports of visits and collections
- Coordinate with internal teams for account updates

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in field collections
- Must own a bike and have a valid 2-wheeler driving license
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of collection processes

Note: Candidates should be comfortable with field work and daily travel.
