Job Description:We are hiring energetic and customer-centric Retail Sales Executives for Growfitz Wellness Mart in Jaipur!

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome walk-in customers warmly and guide them on health, wellness, and organic products.
- Understand customer needs and achieve daily/monthly sales targets through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer checkout and POS billing accurately (Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit cards).
- Maintain product shelves neat, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels, check product expiry dates, and report low stock to the Store Manager.

Requirements:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 1year to 2 years in Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, or Customer Service (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English), polite behavior, and basic computer/POS knowledge.
