Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Appoint and develop distributors in assigned territories.
- Build robust relationships with distributors,



wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Increase primary and secondary sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Execute market development and brand promotion activities.
- Ensure product visibility and availability in the market.
- Handle distributor support, order planning, payment follow-ups, and collections.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
