Experience Required:Minimum 10- 12 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and labour law compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Accountant to oversee the company's accounting, financial management, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting, cost control, payroll processing, and statutory compliance while supporting the management with accurate financial reporting and MIS.
- Key Responsibilities:Accounts & FinanceManage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and working capital.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory accounting.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer receivable follow-ups.
- Manufacturing AccountsMaintain production-related accounting records.
- Monitor inventory valuation, raw material consumption, WIP,
and finished goods.
- Perform cost analysis and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and purchase departments for inventory reconciliation.
- HR & PayrollProcess monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and statutory registers.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate employee benefits, statutory filings, and payroll compliance.
- Compliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with all financial, taxation, and labour regulations.
- Maintain documentation for audits and statutory inspections.
- Support management with financial planning and policy implementation.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory management.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and ERP/Tally proficiency.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Preferred Candidate Profile8–12 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling complete accounts independently.
- Sound knowledge of finance, taxation, payroll, and HR functions.
