Sales Executive – Menswear Retail

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join FIOZZ Menswear. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience to customers.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting the right outfits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers with garment sizes, fittings, and styling suggestions.
- Handle billing using the POS system and process payments accurately.
- Manage stock, arrange displays, and replenish merchandise.




- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Requirements 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (Menswear/Fashion experience preferred).
- Positive communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus).
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
