We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and be proficient in Zoho CRM for managing candidate pipelines and data.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other hiring platforms
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data using Zoho CRM
- Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures of open positions
- Handle candidate communication and follow-ups professionally

? Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
- Solid knowledge of hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is mandatory
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines
