About Us:

Sahu Engineering is a busy, established fabrication business in Bhubaneswar. We handle everything from residential gates to large commercial apartment projects. We are looking for permanent, skilled Welder/Fabricators who want full time, steady work and are willing to commit for a minimum of 1 year.

Skills Required (Minimum 2 Years Experience):

* Loha (Mild Steel) Work: Expert in MS grill making, windows, large heavy gates, and general metal fittings. Must know Arc/MIG welding, cutting, and grinding.

* Stainless Steel (SS) Work: Highly skilled in SS pipe railing, SS windows, and clean finishing/polishing. Experience with Argon/TIG welding is required.

* Ability to read basic measurements, plan the cutting, and ensure a perfect,



strong fit for commercial-grade work.

Salary & Earnings (Piece-Rate System):

We pay based on the weight of the work you complete, allowing hard workers to earn well above market average (Expected monthly earnings: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000+).

* Loha (MS) Work: ₹8 to ₹13 per Kg. (An average worker can complete 3,000 kg/month).

* Stainless Steel (SS) Work: ₹60 to ₹70 per Kg. (We get an average of 500 kg to 1,000 kg of pure SS work per month).
