We are looking for a Car washer to join our team at DGK Business to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹21,100 (commission base salary plus incentive Rs.5000 to Rs. 20000 or more).

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates. For Part-Time, two shift options are available:

- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
- Apply cleaning chemicals safely as per guidelines.
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the concerned department.
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
- Maintain clean equipment, tools, supplies and work area
- Display a positive attitude to co-workers and customers
- Follow quality and safety standards and practices to maintain a safe work environment
- Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly which may include sweeping, shoveling, or vacuuming
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure that cleanliness safety standards are met at all times
- Make sure customer and lot vehicles are thoroughly washed
- Provide customers with speedy customer service while showing a sense of urgency
- This job is commission based job not on fixed salary, so attractive commission can be earned plus healthy incentive

कारों की सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखने का कार्य करना होगा। उम्मीदवार को उचित सफाई तकनीकों का उपयोग करना, सफाई से जुड़े रसायनों का सुरक्षित तरीके से इस्तेमाल करना और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली सेवा प्रदान करना आवश्यक है।

यह नौकरी फुल-टाइम और पार्ट-टाइम दोनों उम्मीदवारों के लिए उपलब्ध है। पार्ट-टाइम उम्मीदवारों के लिए दो शिफ्ट उपलब्ध हैं:

- सुबह 10:00 बजे से दोपहर 2:00 बजे तक
- दोपहर 12:00 बजे से शाम 4:00 बजे तक

- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:ग्राहकों के वाहन की अच्छी तरह से सफाई और धुलाई करना।
- फर्श, फर्नीचर, उपकरण और अन्य निर्धारित क्षेत्रों की सफाई एवं सैनिटाइजेशन करना।
- आवश्यक सफाई सामग्री, केमिकल और अन्य सप्लाई को व्यवस्थित रखना।




- सफाई के उपकरणों और मशीनों का सही तरीके से उपयोग एवं रखरखाव करना।
- सफाई में उपयोग होने वाले रसायनों का सुरक्षित तरीके से इस्तेमाल करना।
- किसी भी नुकसान, रखरखाव की आवश्यकता या सुरक्षा संबंधी समस्या की जानकारी संबंधित विभाग को देना।
- अपने कार्यस्थल, उपकरणों और सामग्री को हमेशा साफ-सुथरा रखना।
- सहकर्मियों और ग्राहकों के प्रति सकारात्मक एवं पेशेवर व्यवहार बनाए रखना।
- गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करना।
- वाहन पार्किंग क्षेत्र को साफ एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।
- टीम के साथ मिलकर कार्य करना ताकि सफाई और सुरक्षा के मानक बनाए रखे जा सकें।
- ग्राहकों को तेज़ और बेहतर सेवा प्रदान करना।
- ग्राहकों के घर जाकर कार वॉश (Home Service) उपलब्ध कराना।
- आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:यह नौकरी पूरी तरह कमीशन आधारित है, इसमें कोई फिक्स्ड सैलरी नहीं है।
- बेहतर प्रदर्शन पर आकर्षक कमीशन और इंसेंटिव कमाने का अवसर।

- वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना आवश्यक है।
