Seller Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Description:-

NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Seller Business Development Associates (BDA) for Bangalore.

This is a field sales role where the company provides qualified leads. The candidate will meet property owners and customers, conduct site visits, explain property details, and assist in closing property transactions.

- Key Responsibilities:-
- Meet property owners and customers for property sales, rentals, and leases.
- Conduct property site visits and accompany buyers.
- Explain property features and NoBroker services.
- Coordinate property photoshoots and maintain accurate property details.
- Negotiate pricing between buyers and sellers to close deals.
- Collect property owner details and update information in the NoBroker App/CRM.
- Build robust relationships with customers and ensure a great customer experience.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Eligibility:-
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
- Real estate sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Manageable Hindi is acceptable for Bangalore.
- Comfortable with field work and customer interactions.
- Mandatory Requirement Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
- Smartphone for field operations.
- Willing to travel within the assigned location.
