We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Field Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and building long-term client relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMeet prospective customers and explain Bellway Realtech's real estate projects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment options.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer support.
- Maintain daily records of client meetings, site visits, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.




- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or real estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
