Position: Call Center / BPO Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Up to ₹5,000 Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Explain company products and services to customers.

Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain customer records and follow up with clients.

Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Freshers are not allowed. Experienced candidates only.
