- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily factory and office operations.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, and accounts teams.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Manage manpower planning and team performance.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Prepare reports and present operational updates to management.
- Resolve customer and operational issues effectively.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations,



manufacturing, or project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in prefab, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Team management and client coordination experience.

Salary₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
