We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to manage costing, order processing and customer coordination for our existing pharmaceutical clients.
The role involves handling new product requirements, preparing accurate costings, communicating commercial terms with customers and coordinating internally to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer orders, specifications and requirements for monocartons and corrugated boxes.
- Prepare product costing using Excel-based costing systems.
- Analyse material consumption, wastage, printing, finishing and other production costs.
- Prepare quotations and communicate pricing with customers.
- Discuss and negotiate commercial terms with existing customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QC and Dispatch for order execution.
- Communicate order status and delivery timelines to customers.
- Maintain product-wise costing,
pricing and order data in Excel.
- Handle customer communication through email and telephone.
- Identify costing/order discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Open to hiring Freshers with keen desire to learn.
- Experience in printing, packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, manufacturing, commercial operations or order management is an advantage.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of costing and commercial processes.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and customer requirements simultaneously.
This is not a sales/business development role. The position focuses on managing existing customers, product costing, order coordination and commercial operations.
