Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites to install company machines (puff rice, noodle, paper plate machines, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues in machines.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Test machines after installation or repair to ensure proper working condition.
- Provide basic training to customers on how to operate and maintain the machines.
- Identify faulty parts and replace or repair components when necessary.
- Maintain service reports and documentation after each customer visit.




- Coordinate with the office or service team regarding customer complaints and spare parts requirements.
