Coordinate with customers professionally while adhering to RBI and company collection guidelines.

Achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

Experience in Pre-Collection, tele-collections, customer collections In Payday Loans

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
