Position: Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain stock accuracy, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and head office for stock replenishment.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management.
- Sales-driven with positive customer handling skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/POS systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail store management (Footwear/Apparel/FMCG preferred).
