Job Description – Senior Institutional Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Institutional Outreach Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, institutional sales, or business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be confident in speaking with schools and colleges, and be able to lead outreach activities to increase workshop and training partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Connect with schools and colleges to promote workshops and training programs.

- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed institutional partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with school and college representatives.

- Follow up with institutions and ensure timely confirmation of sessions.

- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth execution of programs.

- Handle calls, emails, and daily communication professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and scheduled sessions.

- Achieve monthly outreach and sales targets.

- Support and guide junior team members when required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or institutional outreach.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Valuable coordination and organizational abilities.

- Confident in handling calls and follow-ups.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

- Graduate in any stream.
