About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our premium fitness club. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer service, and fitness, with the ability to convert walk-ins and leads into long-term members.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert walk-ins, enquiries, and online leads into memberships.

- Conduct club tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and offers.

- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.

- Upsell Personal Training, transformation packages, and other services.

- Maintain lead data and update CRM/software daily.

- Build corporate tie-ups, local partnerships, and referral networks.

- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to onboarding.

- Participate in outdoor promotions, events, and lead generation activities.

Requirements





- Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience can apply).

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Fitness, Hospitality, Retail, or Wellness.

- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).

- Comfortable working on weekends and rotational shifts.

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Gym/Fitness Club sales is an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
