Telecaller – RBN CREATIONS
Job Role: We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers with excellent communication skills to connect with clients, make outbound calls, and follow up on leads.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing leads.
- Explain our services in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and friendly conversation with clients.
- Update call details and lead status.
- Coordinate with the team whenever required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Good English communication.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Valuable listening and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM Used
- Freshers candidates are welcome.
