- Offer coffee, tea, juice, or other refreshments to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales consultant.
- Maintain the reception and customer waiting area in a neat and presentable manner.
- Ensure customers receive timely assistance during their showroom visit.
