Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and explain personal-loan products and offers.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduation.
- Telugu is mandatory.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
- 3–6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or related fields is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
