Crown Technologies is seeking Desktop Support Engineers for school campuses in Puttaparthi & Bangalore. This is a full time, Field Job role as a Field Desktop Support Engineer onsite at schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all hardware and networking equipment, including laptops, CPUs, monitors, CCTVs, IFPD panels, printers, and projectors at the school campus.
- Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and related devices.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all IT infrastructure.
- Support and participate in school cultural activities.
- Assist with animation, video design, and graphic design projects as needed.
