- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Track daily sales activities and monitor team performance through CRM.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize campaign performance.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
