Hiring: Sales Executive

Location: Kadhubashhalli

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work schedule : 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational off

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month (Approx. ₹20,000 Take-Home)

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage potential customers to generate sales opportunities.

* Promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective clients.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or a related field.





* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

* Basic computer knowledge.

Language Requirements

* Mandatory: Hindi and English

* Preferred: Kannada and Marathi

Compensation & Benefits

* CTC: ₹25,000 per month

* Approximate Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month
