About the Company

Sumiram Sai Realtors is a growing commercial real estate company specializing in commercial property sales, leasing, and investment solutions. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate accounting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process employee payroll and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.




- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 4–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Positive analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Skills Experience in commercial real estate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and statutory regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and numerical abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
