We're Hiring | Purchase Executive

**Nano Tech Chemical Brothers Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Purchase Executive** to join our team.

If you have experience in **domestic procurement, vendor management, negotiation, and end-to-end purchase coordination**, we'd like to hear from you.

**Position: Purchase Executive

**Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

**Experience: 3–5 Years

**CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 LPA

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage end-to-end domestic and international procurement activities.

* Source, evaluate, and develop domestic & overseas vendors.

* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times and issue purchase orders.

* Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, production follow-up, and dispatch planning.

* Handle complete import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (COO),



Insurance and other shipping documents.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters for customs clearance and timely factory delivery.

* Track shipments by air, sea, and surface from supplier dispatch to final material receipt.

* Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance, and Quality teams for seamless procurement operations.

**Preferred Industry:** Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Pharmaceuticals.
